Winner badge, Best B2B Message-Market Fit Consultancy 2026, Europe (Acquisition International)

Paris, September 29, 2026. Fast Growth Advisors wins the Message-Market Fit award 2026 for Europe. The British magazine Acquisition International has given the firm the “Best B2B Message-Market Fit Consultancy 2026, Europe” category of its LeadGen & Sales Performance Awards 2026. The French firm, author of the Message-Market Fit Observatory 2026, is recognised for its measurement work. It works with post-funding B2B startups and scale-ups across Europe.

An award that rewards measurement first, the measurement behind the Observatory.

What is Acquisition International’s Message-Market Fit award?

It is the “Best B2B Message-Market Fit Consultancy 2026, Europe” category of the LeadGen & Sales Performance Awards 2026, a programme Acquisition International launched this year. Fast Growth Advisors is among the winners: its winner profile and the official list are published by the organiser.

This programme recognises the agencies, consultants and solution providers that drive lead generation and sales performance. According to the organiser, winners are assessed on innovation, measurable impact, client success, operational excellence and overall market performance.

Who hands out the award?

Acquisition International is a B2B magazine launched in 2010 and circulated digitally every month. Its publisher, AI Global Media, is a B2B publishing house based in Staffordshire, in the United Kingdom, and it runs several international awards programmes.

Then there is the name of the category itself: it is the name of the very discipline Fast Growth Advisors practises.

Why does Fast Growth Advisors measure message-market fit?

Because you cannot fix a message you have never quantified. By definition, message-market fit is the match between what a company says about itself and what its market understands.

Many B2B startups convince their investors, then struggle to make themselves understood by their buyers.

A vocabulary analysis carried out for the Observatory shows how it happens. Startups that get through talk about the result for the client; the others talk about themselves, their projects and their technologies.

That work is what the award recognises: the Message-Market Fit Observatory 2026, run with the analysis technology the firm developed. Our 2026 measurements give the 369 French post-funding startups an average score of 5.33 out of 10, and none clears 8. Among the 83 detailed audits, scored out of 75, 75.9% sit below the critical threshold of 37.5. Another, less discussed finding: 18% average readiness for visibility in AI answer engines. The study calls it GEO (generative engine optimization), meaning a website’s capacity to be picked up and recommended by AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude or Gemini.

And money fixes nothing.

In our data, the coefficient of determination (R²) between the amount raised and message clarity is 0.036: raising more does not make a company clearer. All 369 companies studied raised funds between January 2024 and March 2026, and their message is read from 100% public sources (website, LinkedIn, press, funding announcements), the way a prospect would read it. With data frozen on May 14, 2026, this first edition covers six quarters.

“A funding round proves that an investor understood your project. It says nothing about what your buyers take away from it. This award rewards measurement above all, because you cannot fix a message you have never quantified,” says Hervé Dhélin, founder of Fast Growth Advisors.

What does Fast Growth Advisors offer B2B startups?

A diagnosis measured in 48 hours, then a fix in two days. Fast Growth Advisors calls itself “the Message-Market Fit firm” and works with post-funding B2B startups and scale-ups across Europe on the clarity of their message.

Everything starts with a score, never with a rewrite.

First tool, the messaging diagnostic places the message on 8 dimensions scored out of 10. To go further, the detailed audit applies 15 criteria and returns a score out of 75, the grid the Observatory uses. Next, the fix works on the Point of View (POV): four sentences that say who you are, what you offer, what sets you apart and the value you deliver.

A first check costs nothing and takes five seconds: slip a competitor’s name in place of yours in your tagline. If it still works, your message does not belong to you.

Investors get the same reading at portfolio level.

The 2026 edition runs 25 funds holding stakes in at least four startups of the corpus through the same grid, and the clarity gaps between their portfolios are sharp. The report details that comparison fund by fund.

This work is explained on the firm’s Message-Market Fit page.

FAQ

What criteria are the winners assessed on?

Five criteria, according to the organiser.

Acquisition International lists innovation, measurable impact, client success, operational excellence and overall market performance. At Fast Growth Advisors, measurable impact has a precise meaning: a message is scored before it is fixed, by the diagnosis (8 dimensions scored out of 10) or by the detailed audit (15 criteria, 75 points).

What is the difference between the diagnosis and the detailed audit?

Two Fast Growth Advisors instruments, two scoring scales.

On the diagnosis side, 8 dimensions scored out of 10. The detailed audit, for its part, scores 15 criteria out of 5, so 75 points, with a critical threshold set at 37.5 out of 75. In the Message-Market Fit Observatory 2026, 369 French post-funding startups are measured out of 10, and 83 detailed audits are scored out of 75.

Where can the Message-Market Fit Observatory data be found?

In the 2026 report, freely available on fast-growth.fr.

Published by Fast Growth Advisors, the Message-Market Fit Observatory report has eleven chapters: full methodology, data by sector and a benchmark by fund. Journalists may reuse the data, with attribution to Fast Growth Advisors.

How can I interview Hervé Dhélin about message-market fit?

By email at herve@fast-growth.fr, or on +33 6 37 22 28 50.

Hervé Dhélin, founder of Fast Growth Advisors and author of the Message-Market Fit Observatory, is available for interviews. His subjects include the 2026 findings, the scoring method and how readable B2B startups are to AI answer engines.

What does the critical threshold of 37.5 out of 75 mean?

Exactly half of the detailed audit’s 75 points.

Fast Growth Advisors sets the critical clarity threshold at 37.5 out of 75: a message scored below it does not earn half of the points available across the 15 criteria. In the Message-Market Fit Observatory 2026, 75.9% of the 83 detailed audits remain below this threshold.

How can a startup tell whether its own message is clear?

Have it scored: that is the safest way.

A Fast Growth Advisors diagnosis scores the message on 8 dimensions and returns its result in 48 hours. The detailed audit goes further, with 15 criteria and a score out of 75: it is the grid used for the 83 detailed audits of the Message-Market Fit Observatory 2026.
