Two gatekeepers now filter B2B short-lists. In his 30 July 2026 column for Journal du Net, Hervé Dhélin shows that the analyst answering an inquiry and the chatbot answering a buyer recommend on identical criteria: a stated differentiator, quantified benefits, a named target. His earlier columns, in Journal du Net and ITsocial, dealt with how readable B2B companies are to answer engines. Message-Market Fit Observatory data also informed the Les Échos article by Thomas Pontiroli, published on 20 July 2026, about AI-written press releases and LinkedIn posts. All four pieces are in French.
