Data Controller

The data controller for fast-growth.fr is Hervé Dhélin, reachable at herve@fast-growth.fr. We process personal data in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Law n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978.

What data we collect

We collect only the data strictly necessary for our services:

Contact forms and quiz: first name, last name, company name, professional email address. This data is used solely to respond to your request or deliver your diagnostic report. Legal basis: legitimate interest (pre-contractual relationship).

Messaging Health Check quiz: your answers and professional email address are processed to generate a personalised diagnostic. Your company's homepage is fetched and analysed by AI (Claude API by Anthropic) to compare your stated positioning with your public website content. No data is sent to third parties beyond this analysis. Legal basis: consent (you submit the quiz voluntarily).

Navigation data: we use WordPress native analytics. No personal data is sold or shared with advertisers.

Data retention

Contact form data and quiz results are retained for 24 months, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact herve@fast-growth.fr. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés).

Third-party services

Hosting: OVH (France). Data remains in the EU.
AI analysis: Anthropic Claude API (for quiz analysis only). Data transmitted: homepage text content and quiz answers. No personal data beyond professional email is transmitted.
Email: sent via the hosting server's native SMTP. No third-party email marketing platform is used.

3. Cookie Policy

This site uses only technically necessary cookies required for WordPress to function (session management, CSRF protection). We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.
